Arcane Ascension — Delete Your Account

Online accounts in Arcane Ascension are anonymous — there is
no email, password, or profile beyond a username. You can delete your
online account from inside the game in about three taps, on any platform
the game runs on.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the game and go to Online from the main menu.
- Scroll to the bottom of the lobby and tap
Delete online account.
- Confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.
What is deleted
- Your anonymous sign-in (the Firebase Authentication user).
- Your profile and your username, which becomes available for others
to claim.
- Your participation in ongoing games: open invites you created are
withdrawn, seats you claimed in unstarted games are freed, and your
seats in games in progress are conceded.
What is kept, and for how long
- Finished match records: completed games remain in
the other participants’ match histories. They contain the moves
played, the username you used at the time, and an opaque account
identifier that can no longer be linked to anyone once the account is
deleted. They are kept indefinitely so other players’ histories
keep working.
- Local game data: your offline progress (stars,
spells, statistics, settings) lives only on your device and is not
affected by online account deletion. Delete the app or use
“Reset to defaults” in settings to remove it.
- Analytics and crash data: not tied to your online
account; see the privacy policy for how it
is handled.
If you can't use the app
If you no longer have the game installed or can’t sign in on the
device that created the account, email us and we will delete the account
for you. Because accounts are anonymous, include your online username so
we can locate it:
